My office goes weeks at a time without water, and honestly it’s not the best tasting water out there.
I had started having serious issues with Poland Spring, where I was a customer for a long time, and contacted Dowser on the possibility of switching and had the delightful chance of dealing with Katlin and after dealing with her, I knew I was going to switch. New to this company and they are amazing. Office staff are so sweet and helpful. If every customer service dept. was a nice as these people the world would be a better place. Even if there is a problem, they handle it efficiently and with a great outcome, even when it was me that messed up. I hope to stay with Dowser for many years to come.
