The woman I spoke with was lovely and the water was delivered as scheduled without any issues, however, the quality of the water is questionable. I have always been able to leave our other natural spring water outside in the shade, even during the warmer months without any problems but within two weeks this water was clearly not drinkable. I left the water in the bottles that were being returned so they can see how green they turned, but the delivery person emptied them and no refunds were issued either. I had started having serious issues with Poland Spring, where I was a customer for a long time, and contacted Dowser on the possibility of switching and had the delightful chance of dealing with Katlin and after dealing with her, I knew I was going to switch. It has been over two years and any time I have had a question, issue, or needed something, I could email or call her and she would take care of it right away, professionally.
