Really helped me out in an emergencyon the weekend with my furnace. I called in, and the tech tried some basic diagnostic over the phone. The situation needed an on site presence and the tech came right away. Tech was very knowledgeable and showed me what was wrong and explained what the issue was in detail. I will only use Dows ClimateCare going forward. Thank you so much!
Huge thank you to Dows Climate Care for the excellent service. Don was efficient, kind and incredibly timely when the furnace went out and they truly made my father in law, Bob, feel like a priority, especially knowing there were children in the house. The team was professional, compassionate and quick to get everything up and running. We’re so grateful for the care and urgency they showed. Highly recommend.
Mike was truly awesome. No heat during a cold snap...showed up promptly, diagnosed the situation and had us back with heat in 30 mins. We couldn't be happier with this service.

Called on Sat am, received quick response from on call technician .Had me try some self fix things. When found to be more involved asked if wanted him to come out or wait for normal call on Monday which we did as had alternate heating source. Tech Mark Lake came , was very quick diagnosing issue, repaired and made some recommendations to help life of furnace; Would highly recommend this company
