My son still don’t have NO TITLE after so many months it’s paid off and Gabriel aka Gabby ignores every messages. Bad for business!

The worst dealership ever!!! It's been months now and my son haven't received the title. Gabriel won't answer her phone and she moved to another location. If anyone knows anything pls inform me.
