Fantastic service by Codi, excellent communication and thoroughly explained the work to be carried out. Full caravan service, brakes and suspension replacement. Highly recommended.
Called them on our way through for a toilet issue, he checked our fuses and said they were OK. Gave us advise on what to do when we got to Cairns for a replacement electronic control unit. Wouldn't take any money, lovely guy.
I can’t thank Cody enough for his guidance over the phone this morning when we had a hot water issue in the van. He was so patient with us trying to follow his instructions that I sure the poor guy would just hang up. He was very thorough and we would highly recommend the company.
Well what more can you say, we broke a spring coming into Bowen on Sunday the 19th of July on our way to Rollingstone. Being a Sunday I sent Codi a message asking if he could contact me when he was at work Monday.Well within half an hour of my text he made contact and sorted out what was needed with a few photos and a conversation better still he could do our repairs at the van park the next day.
