Entered a dark dungeon and sat at a bar that was mostly full.....Looked at a menue that was supposed to have a star by traditional Aussie food....only 1 item had a star next to it. I decided not to eat but my drink was well over priced. I paid and tipped 20% and left......doubt ill return.
Wife and I decided to give this place a try. Very unobtrusive entrance - easy to miss - as you drive along main street. It is "downunder" in the basement of the building. We went downstairs and grabbed a table - probably around 6 pm on a Tuesday. Server was prompt over to us to get appetizer and drink orders and they came pretty quickly. Good drinks. Chill atmosphere.
Wow, I had the Caribbean Jerk Pork Ribeye and it was so good! If I were in Tupelo for more than one night I would come back to try something else. The other reviews highlighting the food were on point. Well done!
First time here and from out of town. I chose this place based on reviews! Food was phenomenal, staff was fantastic and patrons were amazing. I will definitely return some year.
