Honest and nice people, excellent products. They also have a bell that looks like a hamburger.
Not very helpful with information regarding Erie Canal biking. To be featured on the NYS Parks Dept. map makes one think that this store would have a lot of information and some bikes to rent. Very disappointed
I can't say enough about the courteous and friendly service I received from Eric at Downtube last week. I felt more like a friend than a customer. I had a personal situation which Eric helped me out with in a moments notice .........You guys are the best and I wouldn't think of recommending any other shop in town. Thanks again for going "above and beyond"

The customer service I recently received from Eric and the team at Downtube while buying my first bike in almost 20 years can only be described as "exceptional." They surpassed my expectations to make sure I ultimately left their shop with the right bike.
I had a great experience. The cute sales woman flirted with me just the right amount. It was just enough to keep me interested, but not so much as to lead me on. I'll definitely be back!
