As a telecom vendor I recommended Kosta from Downtown Computer Services to some of my customers who needed IT services.Big mistake!!Kosta trashed me and took the customers.

I would like to say my first experience with downtown computers wound up ending very happily. I want to thank Phil for bringing my Lenovo tablet that I use daily back to life, by getting rid of one of the latest scams/viruses called ransomeware. Also loading Norton, all within a 2 1/2 hour turnaround. Now that is great customer service & for that I am grateful.

Go Kosta – Kosta saved my laptop. I installed Window 7 over Vista on my laptop, which should've been ok. My laptop never worked right after that. I took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad in Ft Lauderdale, Florida and the obnoxious tech who barely looked at it, then told me to buy a new one, they're only $300 as he walked away from me and waited on someone else.
