I was astonished by the lack of interest and empathy with me as a pregnant patient. I joined this clinic early on during my pregnancy, I believe I went on my 7th week. The first visits were okay, fasted passed but it was mainly bloodwork and test provided by the staff. As my pregnancy progressed to 12 - 16 weeks I started to feel distrust with the doctors. I had a disappointing experience with a nurse practitioner. After sharing my medical history and opening up about the challenges I’ve been facing, I was met with a condescending and dismissive attitude. Instead of feeling supported, I left the appointment feeling belittled and unheard. Compassion and empathy are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, those were completely lacking during my visit.

Sometimes not very professional behavior. Is it normal for a doctor? No. Questions are not answered accurately. I would compare with other doctors before following some recommendations. But I will come back. There were good results too.
