First I want to say that the team who delivered me 5 years ago was great, specifically 2 people (doctor + nurse). This is a nuanced review recognizing there are great people, but the system is causing issues IMO. I dont even know who delivered me. 1. So I never had the same woman watch me go through my pregnancy. That’s the big red flag. I know it’s the concept but having stranger doctors look not very interested in you is not it. 2. Impossible to get remote nurses to refill recurring prescriptions even after going to the office in person to ask. Will be switching doctors.
My experiences were generally quite good. The staff is couteous and I nlike myb doctor
Never answer the phone or call you back. Removed themselves on zocdoc as well. You need kinder and more attentive front of house staff.
