Terrible bedside manner. I went in and it’s very clear all they care about is money and not care. They told me they only had 15 min with me and did not operate empathetically when it came to me having to have a procedure. Wouldn’t recommend. However, Dr. Nicole Palmer at pure OBGYN is amazing. Skip this place!
I am a longtime satisfied patient in this practice. It can be difficult to get an appointment for routine care but the doctors in this practice are the best. They really care about your health in a way that few physicians in the corporatized medical practices that currently exist in New York City do. They treat more than just a uterus or an infection. They make time to see you before you are in a hospital gown with your feet in stirrups. No comparison to other practices.
They actually answer the phone, which is stellar! Have been coming here for 20 yrs. And now they have mammogram services. Def recommend!
