I was treated by Megan Einstein, PA-C and I truly cannot say thank you enough! She is the most patient compassionate and caring professional. It’s unfortunately so rare to find doctors who are as supportive. I was also seen by Dr. Min who was just as amazing. If you need a gynecologist in the area I 100% recommend.
I’ve been coming here for years and have seen a variety of doctors/PAs/NPs. I’ve always received great bed side manner. The providers create a comfortable space for patients to communicate any concerns.
Not a fan. I arrived on time, not a busy day at the clinic. An assistant took me back to an exam room, did blood pressure, weight, told me to change into the robe & Dr would be in soon. I waited - 30 mins, thinking: “well, doctors are busy and get behind” At one hour I gave up, got dressed. Walked out of the room & saw the assistant, who was clearly surprised.They completely forgot I was there! It is January 2025- I am still trying to resolve a bill from March 2022 where they submitted the information incorrectly to insurance. My insurance company and I have been trying to contact the billing department for over two years . I also email and receive no response or a response with incorrect information. They have sent me to collections despite trying to work with them to rectify the issue. A shame because I liked the PA I saw a lot. DO NOT GO HERE.
Dr. Buxbaum was able to answer my questions, she is very experienced, knowledgeable and the office staff are great. I highly recommend Downtown Women’s Obgyn. They are experts in women’s health.
