Dr Jay and his team did an amazing job!
Everyone who works here treats you like family. I am always very nervous when it comes to dental work and I have never had an uncomfortable experience. They always take into consideration my anxiety and are very accommodating, professional and informative.
I feel truly blessed to have met Dr. J and his amazing team. When I urgently needed to be seen, the receptionist went above and beyond to fit me in between patients that same day. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and reassuring from the moment I called. Dr. J is compassionate, professional, and truly cares about his patients. I’m so grateful to have found this dental office—highly recommend!
I have been going to this dentistry for a very long time - since I was very young. Staff in the past have been very friendly. However, things have gotten complicated and I have verbally expressed issues with finances (delaying cleanings). Ever since those issues, I have had a very difficult time communicating with staff; they have become very blunt, impatient, and unhelpful -- cutting me off during calls, leaving me on hold, delaying sending invoices, and responding back with demeaning comments.
