I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. J and the whole team at Downtown Whitby Dentistry have completely changed that for me. They’re incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, which makes such a difference. Dr. J really knows his stuff and always does an amazing job. I trust them completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I usually don’t write reviews but being a new patient at this amazing dental clinic I had to make the exception. Dr. J and his staff were all so kind to me when I first went into his charming clinic which was so comforting to me after having had a previous experience that was not ideal. Dr. J listened to my concerns and then he really took the time to explain my treatment options moving forward making me feel like I was just not another patient to him, I was family. Today I had another amazing experience at Downtown Whitby Dentistry! I love Dr. J and the entire staff at Downtown Whitby Dentistry. They make me feel welcome, and I feel my care and comfort is very important to them. Dr. J and staff provide the highest standard of excellence from the time I book my appointment to the time I complete my visit.
