We went here yesterday, we came all the way from China to get married at the little white chapel, we failed to book everything on the website, so we made a suit rental on the day that we arrived in Vegas. The Ricky guy seemed to be super grumpy, and very very impatient with me and my husband, I didn’t even know what happened, he gave us very bad attitude, very unprofessional!! I started to wonder if he’s racist or homophobic, I thought this is the land of freedom,but we got treated like this!!!! What a shame!!!
This place is very uncaring. My daughter and I both called and were told to come in and they would be able to help us so we drove all the way to their location only to be told that they did not speak to anyone even though I showed them the caller log and that they could not help me. They said their rental is for 24 hours and the bride needs to come 24 hours before the wedding to look at dresses this is absurd never never trust them with your wedding
Really convenient location, close to downtown and top service for men’s tuxedo hire, highly recommended, beats a lot of other local prices!
