Have been working with the team at Downtown Suites for the past decade and highly recommend. I'm so busy working I don't have the time to spare managing my rental properties. Finding tenants, keeping up with lease agreements, collecting rent on time and fixing anything that breaks or needs replacing is just too much for me to handle.
