I was there they were rode don't want to talk to you
Up until recently I had good experiences. But this last one made me think I should post something. I can only assume there has been a management change. Or they don’t honor their word. I tried to cancel my service plans because I’m taking my car overseas and the plan will not be usable. I didn’t even walk in the door to test drive a car before a gang of employees started their typical predatory behavior outside. Saying that I wanted to test drive two cars wasn’t enough, they wanted to know which one I wanted to buy. They were rude and unprofessional. I think because I didn’t look like a typical Subaru driver (I.e white) they felt like they didn’t have to show me any respect.
Generally, the service is really good. The parts department were good today but I was really disappointed with Service. I needed to change my battery and had called in to see if I could borrow a wrench. Two on the phone said that I could as well as the parts guy. But service wouldn’t allow it. Subsequently, I went to O’Reillys who were very helpful. Sad that something as basic as this could ruin my afternoon.
Rocky took great care of us, he has sold and financed cars for at least 10 of my friends. They own the Toyota Dealer next door and so can help with all your Toyota and Subaru needs.
Had the vehicle for multiple months (2.5) before only warrantying half of my engine due to miscommunication between SOA and Oakland. When returned, sap was rubbed into my paint and when asked about it, they informed they probably didn't park it under a tree. Horrendous handling of literally everything
