Poor communication from the parts department. On at least two seperate occasions I’ve used their website to send an inquiry/quote request for some parts and both times I never heard back. Communication from Scarboro Subarus parts department is much better, I’d reccomend you give them your business instead.
Wonderful purchase experience, staff were great to work with - very responsive and professional.
I absolutely loved Eric who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and patient. I felt at home. This was the dealership I was always meant to go to.
