Rented 2 units at once from this place paid $280 a month which is fine but, when the gate doesn't work so you are locked in or you have a question you cannot get ahold of anyone. I moved out the first unit the first week of December not realizing my rate wouldn't be prorated so I lost almost an entire months rent from one unit plus my deposit was applied to the other unit instead of sent back to my checking account. Overall the space is well kept and well ventilated. We were shocked when we received a $25 sweeping fee for a small amount (pictured from the owner) of debris that we accidentally left. We we not aware of it when we left, and would have swept it up, but $25 to sweep this up? That seems a bit high. But it is what it is..... Also gate can be tricky to get out...my wife got trapped in the lot but finally did get out.
