Great customer service, the power washer I rented worked flawlessly They took time and explaining how the washer operated and also helped load it in my vehicle and on returned, helped me unload it very professional, thank you for your help.
If I could give no stars I would. The gentleman that answered the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful! I didn’t even get a sentence out and he hung up on me and said I am not interested. All I needed was fans for my kids basketball camp. Insane!
