This was one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. Last weekend, I rented a 3,000W generator from Downtown Rental and Building Supplies Inc. for my food business, to participate in a big festival. Driver was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Blocked my driveway for a full 30 minutes to load and unload equipment to a neighbouring property and was in no hurry to move when I asked. Laughed at me for being upset about it. Very unprofessional, there are a dozen rental companies I'd call before these clowns
