Very unprofessional, One of the company partners, MARK ALT, showed up 20 min late, didn't even apologize and whenever I told him he should have called, he left without showing me the place. Ended up buying with the Metro District and saved the realtor commission. Stay away from this company, BAD NEWS!!!
I have been a tenant for downtown properties for over a year. They have always been very professional and I have never had a problem getting maintenance issues taken care of. The staff is easy going and always willing to work with me on any problem I have. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I have never had a receptionist insult me for no reason. they never bothered to look at our maintainence request. Don't deal with them if common courtesy and human decency are on you checklist for places to do business at.
They are a very unprofessional company. I was interested in opening a business at one of their "For Lease" properties. I asked for a showing but they said the property is in a middle of a tax dispute so they can't access it. I asked them to call me with a status update whenever and keep me in the loop. I called back a few weeks later and talked to a different person and told her the same thing.
