Awesome staff helping me get better.
The staff is working there hardest and the nurses are doing their best. The problem is the area around the the clinic. My car was broken into twice, needles and trash and thrown all over the street. I was hit with a beer bottle from a fight between two homeless people suffering from mental health while waiting out front. Also Shaquan ( I may have spelled that name wrong) works the front desk and she is truly mean to everyone. And the amount of people enrolled is insane. 5 Stars!! This CTC is so unique, in that, they service such a wide population of pts- and offer services in a firm, yet compassionate manner. They are sensitive to pts needs and provides a No Harm approach with the treatment plan and to barriers they are faced with, daily. The Downtown Portland CTC is also aware, and considerate of, it's fellow Davis Street neighborhood businesses and to the entire beautiful city of Portland, and often base many decisions mindful of the immediate and future impact it will make on these very ... read more
