The landlord/manager/owner are absolute slumlords that don't wanna fix nothing without threatening to call the city code enforcement they don't do proper property maintenance the grass gets mowed once every 2 months or whenever they decide to actually pay to have it done they block exits for months and months claiming it's for repairs but they don't actually fix them they try and slap illegal fines on you and try and quote city codes they don't understand because you sit bags of trash outside your apartment while you clean r... read more
Downtown Plaza is a good, safe, family friendly apartment complex. Management & maintenance are the best. I've been here for 4yrs. & It has been a blessing.
its 8 decent place to live, No bugs that's a plus. 😀
We have lived here for 5 years and the neighbors have been very kind and it feels safe. The management has always been thoughtful and caring. We love living here.
