What I like about it is that it is conveniently located and is close to the shopping centers like Ollie's and Food City and convient stores. My wife and I have been living here for just over a year now and Holly and the management here have been very kind to us.
My husband and i have been living here over a year and we are happy with our 1 bedroom apartment. Holly the management is very nice and has been good to us from day one we never had any problem with management.
I would like to know the name of the utility company y'all are associated with. Thank you I WAS ASKING BECAUSE I WAS INTERESTED IN A ONE BEDROOM, AND I WANTED TO KNOW WHO I WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH TO GET UTILITIES ON... SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE

The landlord/manager/owner are absolute slumlords that don't wanna fix nothing without threatening to call the city code enforcement they don't do proper property maintenance the grass gets mowed once every 2 months or whenever they decide to actually pay to have it done they block exits for months and months claiming it's for repairs but they don't actually fix them they try and slap illegal fines on you and try and quote city codes they don't understand because you sit bags of trash outside your apartment while you clean r... read more
