Downtown Plaza has changed ownership and it is now a great place to live again. The new manager is amazing and they have done a significant cleanup of the property. Responsive and great service.

Don't do it. Waited for a leak to be fixed in our apartment for over 3 months (of consistent asking) that led to the bathroom flooding every time we had a shower. We eventually just moved. Had the sink back up from the upstairs neighbour and nothing was done for 5 days, meanwhile we are toting dirty water with food in it to the bathtub to pour out so it doesn't flood our kitchen. This happened twice while we lived there. So good luck if you ever have a problem because they won't fix it. We heard many other similar stories.. ... read more
They waited 60 days to give my son his security dep., he had the walkthrough and they were happy on Feb 24th. He should have had it within 21 days. 60 days later whoever owns it has now charged my son $450 for carpet cleaning???? He was there 2 years?? (NO RECEIPT!!??) They said they mailed security deposit first week of April but it's postmarked 4/16/2020 so really just 2 days ago. Apparently they want to go to court.
