Please make sure you have proof that you gave atleast 2week notice before pulling your baby out of Kindercare or they will charge you over $600. I was charged eventhough the Director was made aware 2weeks ahead of time that I was not happy with the care. They only care about money. This location and director was very unwelcoming and barely had any interaction with the children. No greetings, no smiles. This is a daycare, everyone should be joyful spirits around kids. I didn’t enroll my child yet but I hear so much good reviews from this daycare a friend of mines said this was the best choice she’s ever made within putting her children in child care

Jennifer (director) and the staff at Pittsburgh Downtown KinderCare provided an excellent program for my daughter. The social engagement, songs, and lessons enabled my daughter to excel in her communication and learning. We liked the curriculum rotations which exposed our daughter to different topics and the team creatively decorated their space to provide a stimulating atmosphere related to what they were learning.
