I had a wonderful experience at Downtown Orthodontics. The level of care is exceptional, and the entire team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. What stood out most to me is the integrity of the orthodontist. It’s clear that her main priority is your oral health and well-being, not pushing unnecessary treatments. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest care and a great team.
I've really enjoyed my experience so far at this clinic. The receptionist is very kind and down to earth and the orthodontist is very lovely and makes me feel at ease. I recommend this business :)

I’ve been lucky enough to wear braces twice (!) so I’ve had some experience in orthodontic care over the years. I broke a retainer wire recently and found my way to Sirena and Dr. Collins, and what a great experience! Dr. Collins is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the options in as much detail as you care to hear. All of my questions were answered. Dr. Collins is an amazing orthodontist! She is trustworthy, honest, and kind. I have been going to her since I was a teenager. She provides excellent and thoughtful care. She makes honest treatment recommendations to ensure you get the best results. Beautiful office with a friendly receptionist who responds in a timely manner. Would HIGHLY recommend.
