The space is so much different than many nail salons in the area. It’s a calm & relaxing atmosphere with an actual spa experience. My nails are sensitive & most places ignore me when I share my needs because they are too focused on going as fast as they can to get to the next client & they leave out steps like soaking or massage. That is not the case here! They took their time and were very customer focused. I had my best manicure & pedicure to date at Downtown Nails!

I got a set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. Both technicians were excellent.

First time here yesterday. As a nail tech myself (I don't do pedicures), I thought they were amazing and I will definitely be back! They even let me bring my well-behaved 2lb puppy in as it was too hot in the car for her and I had just come from work.

I went in for a fill of the “top” thing they have there. No issue with this type of material but I asked for a French tip with a milky white coat overtop to avoid the harsh French tip line and was told that they can’t do it. This was after the tech had taken off my previous color. I should have left them because I have a massive amount of gel on my nails after getting four coats of a gel polish i didn’t even want in the first place. Also, one of my fingernails got split open when the tech was removing the gel I came in with.... read more
