Horrible customer service, no one gets back to you in a timely matter, no lighting, hours are no correct, elevator does not work!
Bre the manager went above and beyond , a mix up with website hours and she came in on her day off to get me in , 10/10 customer service . 5x8 unit very roomy
This is an amazing storage facility as it is maintained correctly and is very clean, which you don’t see often with storage facilities. This was my second time needing a storage unit because of college and moving in and out of places. I met Bree when getting a storage unit for the second time and she was nothing but patient with me and all the questions I had.
