nahhh ima need therapy just for dealing with the office staff and hold times. On hold 50 minutes always with one caller ahead of me, when every single phone call lasts 2 minutes at most. It took me multiple calls across several days just to get an actual answer with a little clarity. Back and forth, little progress.
So I waited a while but after what happened today I'm definitely saying something because I just can't believe a place that's supposed to deal with people who are clearly having issues in life already .at least for me.But I specifically told my doctor please don't send my medicine to my old pharmacy he still sent it there anyway and never fixed it and it's nows almost 5 hours later and to make matters worst the people answering the phones seem to have no training as the lady isn't even speaking to me she's literally just hol... read more
They charged me for an appointment I didn’t even have. It’s impossible to contact someone in the payment department. Awful experience
I would like to take a moment and recognize Petia Papazoglou, NP. I want to extend my sincerest thanks for the exceptional support she provided. I was very afraid to try anti-depressants because of the stigma regarding mental health. She guided me through the process and was very patient every step of the way. I thank her so much for her kindness. She listens and she's very caring.
Great Staff! I came in for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My PA is taking a well-rounded approach to a treatment plan. Would recommend!
