I would like to take a moment and recognize Petia Papazoglou, NP. I want to extend my sincerest thanks for the exceptional support she provided. I was very afraid to try anti-depressants because of the stigma regarding mental health. She guided me through the process and was very patient every step of the way. I thank her so much for her kindness. She listens and she's very caring.
Great Staff! I came in for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My PA is taking a well-rounded approach to a treatment plan. Would recommend!
Review: I’ve been a patient at Downtown Psychiatric Group for some 3 weeks and while the medical care has been borderline satisfactory, my experience with the administrative staff has been consistently miserable. The Good (sort of): • Serena at the front desk displays a modicum of professionalism and kindness. She’s the only reason I’ve continued to visit this practice. Avoid Seri at all costs.
