I could write a book on the dishonesty, the scare tactics, the incompetence and the criminal actions that Paul Wickham has amassed over the years running this "company". Look him up on Missouri's Case Net and you'll see he doesn't pay his taxes on time, has been fined by the Department of Labor, Department of Revenue and others and is currently being sued for breach of contract by one of his biggest customers. Worst experience of my life. Outright refused to provide the homeowners with financial documents they were entitled to. Threatened to take us to court, told us to "shut up", you name it. Would NEVER recommend this company to a worst enemy. DO NOT USE!
Literally gave them my months notice in November. Was out by December. They called me asking for January and February's rent. Paul Wickham is a sleezy man.
Just look elsewhere. First managment company I have ever used and took the cheap route. First thing I was billed for were Fraudulent repair charges. However they did send me an email apologizing, notification that the crooked employees were terminated, and a refund was eventually given....credit where credit is due I suppose. Payments nearly always late with email apologies about this, that or the other thing. Just never done business with any company like it.
