Ok so I got the shock of my life. I booked two rooms here to celebrate my cousins birthday. They are from wv. Got tickets for the Leanne Morgan show that is in town. But, since I live in Erwin 75 miles away they canceled my reservations. Saying it’s policy if you live within 75 miles. You cannot stay there. Terrible business idea. So now I have to make new arrangements for them. So stupid.
Service was good and rooms were clean but I’m knocking down the rating because this motel is next to one major street and on/off ramp of a highway. I couldn’t sleep at all thanks to a bunch of challengers, chargers, and Camaros racing throughout the night. Maybe it was an off night but I wasn’t happy about that.
I see no problem with this hotel the room was great for the price the service was great and location you can't ask for anything better
The rooms are o.k. if a little loud from street noise. The location is stellar. However, the staff and customer interaction is beyond hopeless! I got in from the airport in the evening. Being extremely tired from the time change I went directly to bed. The next morning after going for breakfast I decided to stay another night because of the convenient location in the middle of downtown.
