The trap
This is not a three star hotel. Plenty of examples of “deferred maintenance”. Light fixtures filled with bugs, missing lock cylinders, many examples of a run down hotel. Building was built in early 1960’s and still looks like it! Needs a severe update. Location is superb, but please, don’t be fooled by the photos.
They gave my room away when I already had a reservation. I even showed them the confirmation that they sent me which included a confirmation number. No offer of a voucher or anything, just simply turned me away. Update: Now they are trying to charge me for it.
