I bought a new 2024 Genesis SUV here and the sales person promised me a tonneau cover (hard to believe it was not included in this expensive vehicle in the first place). My son has a 2013 Hyundai Accent which stopped running the evening of April 9 at ********** Hospital. Since the dealership is only a short distance away, we had it towed there and checked into service. We mentioned to the service rep. that we suspected the fuel pump but wanted to get a good diagnosis before continuing with a repair. We were told that there was only one tech working Saturday, so it would probably be Monday before we heard anything. I made an appointment to see and test drive brand new ******* GV 80 on 4/23/2021 around 6 PM. I was greeted by Sale Representative Reid W******* at downtown Nashville Hyundai dealership. He was more than happy to show me GV80 "inside" the showroom But he refused to let me test drive GV80 either alone or along with sales rep. Even though I have valid driving license and auto insurance. Yes other brands do things there way and have processes that they follow as well. I assure you that Reid was very nice and very professional as he would be with anyone that walked through the door.
