I have headaches that get worse with any pressure and Robyn at Downtown Hair Design went above and beyond to make sure this wouldn’t be a problem for me at my recent hair color appointment. She was gentle and careful and by thinking creatively came up with a few ideas that really helped. My hair came out great and I felt great too!
Robin is the best! She always listens to what I'm looking for and gives me excellent advice on keeping my hair looking healthy. The organic products she uses and sells in the shop are great too. I use them at home in between salon visits to keep my hair looking fantastic.
Wonderful salon appointment with Robyn, the owner, who had an expert eye for color! Organic products used were an added plus to the experience!

Robyn is the best! I’ve never had a bad experience, and she gives great advice on how to take care of my hair. If I bring in a photo for inspiration, I leave looking like that! I also love the wide range of organic and natural products. Would give more than 5 stars if possible!
