The only reason I give it a four is because the pool was too hot and the elevators seem to have a bit of a mind of their own, but other than that a great spot to stay and hangout at.

This place was really great. The only drawback was the parking garage was one block over. But in reality, it was probably less of a walk than getting to any of the super resorts self-parking. Also, the guy that works the parking garage gate was a complete stud!! Props to him!! I think his name was Steven. He was so helpful and considerate, my wife and I were blown away. Stayed for a week on a girls trip, super clean rooms, nice location next to Fremont street! The managers and supervisors are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend the downtown grand

Honestly, this hotel was good. But, we decided to stay here five nights and cancel our strip resort for three nights, so obviously it was OK. First, do not stay in the Grand tower. Yes, it is newish. I managed an office with 20 women (I’m a girl,) and can block out any noise. The AC in the Grand tower is so loud I cried. My hubby knows I do not get upset easily. On our first night he called and was graciously given room keys to look, listen to multiple rooms to find one that we could sleep in, if only for the night. We had a... read more
