I really liked here but then I caught them on a bad day. When I called to return with a reoccurring issue, I was spoken to as if I was their child or employee and then hung up on. Otherwise was a good mechanic.
I broke down in town while I was running a load and Eli and his son saved my @$$. Took care of it and got me back on the road in a couple of hours.
They did a great job at a great price servicing my windshield wipers.
First off, I want to thank Daniel over at AutoZone in Tyler Tx on Beckham. I went there because my check engine light was on. Daniel referred to Eli at Downtown Garage on Erwin in Tyler Tx. I'm so glad I went there. Eli was so knowledgeable. He drove my SUV to see what the issue was, he even noticed another problem that I was having. Thanks to Eli, my check engine light is now resolved, & the other issue is now resolved. I will be going there again for future car repairs! Again, thanks Daniel & Eli.
Got my car in fast, fixed my issue at an affordable price. No complaints!
