Brought my car in for it's 85,000 mile inspection and the Service Advisor Charlie, walked me through the problems they found with my car while giving me updated estimates along the way. They plugged a few leaks, replaced a faulty catalytic converter under warranty and redid my brakes/rotors because the last place I brought it to installed the wrong size rotors and breaks for my car. Everything. Making the appointment was easy & pleasant. Dropped the car off, my Service Advisor (Myles Fry) provided with all the necessary information on what would be done on the car, & how long it would take to get done. He called when it was ready, & off I went on my way home.
