Would rate Zero if I could. Six years of customer loyalty completely wasted. Was much better when it was Harrold Ford. We have owned three Fords and relied on Downtown Ford of Sacramento for service for over six years. That long-standing relationship meant absolutely nothing to them. My sales associate Colin was fantastic. I have been to several car lots in my life. This has been my best experience so far. Follow on. This post was Sep 4th. My Truck had a key fob or possible chip issue. Today is the 14th. John Dixon the service manager met me personally and helped out in every way. Explaining things I did not know yet and the service was just something you don’t see in today’s world.. it was exceptional.Thank you John.
They are not good had my car for months no rental didn’t let me know what was going on with the car 4 months car in the shop I lost my job my home and now I’m homeless
