Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day from across the country for local delivery in Vancouver. She loved them and the arrangement was gorgeous. Delivery was on time despite the busy season and the delivery instructions were followed. The online system is easy to use, although it would be nice to get some updates (e.g. if bouquet was made, if it was enroute for delivery, etc) but not a big deal.
