I wanted to purchase high quality chrys for my mother’s altar - the staff refused to help
My go-to flower shop! 💐 The two sisters who run it are absolutely lovely, and you can tell how much passion and care they put into their work. Every arrangement is beautifully put together, with such a thoughtful eye for detail. What makes this place even more special is how warm, friendly, and genuine they are. I always enjoy chatting with them! Whether I’m picking up flowers for someone special or treating myself, I always leave with something beautiful and a smile. So happy to have found this little gem! ✨
I ordered a beautiful bouquet from Downtown Florist for a memorial service last Sunday, and I couldn’t have been happier with it. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous, elegant, and beautifully put together. So many people at the service noticed the flowers, complimented them, and asked me where I had gotten them It was exactly what I hoped for and made a very difficult day a little more beautiful. Horrible customer service. I went in and got the 2 women that work there made me feel uncomfortable and like a criminal the entire time. I went in looking for floral arrangements for my apartment, the women kept following me around and not willing to help, I asked questions and they would either answer with “no” or “I don’t know” for simple questions like “do you have something similar to this” or “what kind of flower is this”.
