Absolutely terrible service. I placed and paid for a same-day flower delivery — not only did I receive no confirmation email, but the flowers never arrived. They don’t pick up the phone, don’t reply to emails, and offer zero communication after taking your money. This company feels like a scam. If you care about your time, money, or the importance of a special day — avoid them at all costs. I’m now forced to open a case with my bank to report the transaction. Same as everyone else, guy never picked up phone and never delivered flowers on Valentine’s Day. Flowers may seam half the price but you basically don’t get them half the time so next year I’d just do any other place

They cancelled my order due to a lack of availability the day before, with no suitable substitutes. They cancelled my 2nd order the day of, citing that delivery was impossible. I would appreciate more clarity of why orders are cancelled and even a call or email saying what the problem was to keep my business.
