This is by far in my opinion Decatur Illinois best workout spot ,I absolutely don't feel like im competing against anyone...state of the art equipment and extremely knowledgeable owner and people that will show you the right way regardless of if you take full membership or just the lower tier...I honestly feel like working out 3 to 4 days a week since joining.
GOOD program, motivation is a must-believe, and the best part is simply this, there is only one seat in the whole gym.
