I dropped off my car at 8 in the morning as soon as they open and then didn't hear anything about it until I called 4 hours later for an update. No update, didn’t even look at the car. I wait another TWO HOURS to call, still no update! Haven’t even looked at it and it’s been sitting there for 7 hours. What a waist of time, so disappointed.
Very happy with the service I received. I live out of state and found this shop after my car experienced low tire pressure the morning I was supposed to drive 10 hours to my home. They fixed my tire with very little wait time, and I was able to get home safe and sound. I wish I lived closer so I would could get my car serviced there going forward! Give them a try!
Went in there to have two tires switched out one front and one back they decided they wanted to keep my good tire and put a shitty tire on the complete wrong side. Side I didn’t even ask for nor need and left the ripped tire on my car. Completely didn’t understand their job or what was supposed to be done.
