Best bike shop in town. I love coming here!! They are extremely knowledgeable about everything bikes and have a great sense of humor
My rad ebike broke while we were traveling. Called rad and had the part shipped here. I spoke to Richie who was great! They had it repaired within minutes and were dog friendly too. Amazing experience.

I want to start this review by talking about my experience at KLM Bike Shop in Birmingham. To sum it up: walking in there feels like you’re bothering them just by existing, and they treat customers like ATMs with legs. I once demoed one of their overpriced e-bikes and the whole thing was such a terrible experience that I knew I’d never be back. Downtown Ferndale Bike Shop is the complete opposite.
