I’ve been going here since I moved to Kentucky two years ago, and I stand by that I have the best luck with dentists ever. Staff is so friendly and personable, as is Dr. Yeiser. If you want your cleanings to feel enjoyable and anxiety-free, this is the place. And, of course, they are also professional and know what they’re doing. Dr. Yeiser remembers me and checks for all of my past family medical history concerns.
Downtown Family Dentistry has an amazing, personable staff and they work hard to do what's best for your health.
I am a new patient. My experience has been outstanding. From the office staff to Dr. Yeiser and all the assistants. They even treat a grumpy old man with a toothache like me with patience and respect. Highly recommend.
I thought I had cracked my tooth (turns out I just chipped it) on a Sunday afternoon and called the office and was directed to Dr. Yeiser's number. She returned my call within 15 minutes to answer my questions and helped to calm me down, she was amazing and extremely professional. She also worked me into the office the NEXT morning to check out my tooth, and that same day, got me a referral to an endodontist to make sure that there wasn't any additional damage that she couldn't see. It's 10:00 in the morning why aren't you answering your phone, I called five times and all five times you hung up on me. that's not a good way to do business
