I am a new patient. My experience has been outstanding. From the office staff to Dr. Yeiser and all the assistants. They even treat a grumpy old man with a toothache like me with patience and respect. Highly recommend.
I thought I had cracked my tooth (turns out I just chipped it) on a Sunday afternoon and called the office and was directed to Dr. Yeiser's number. She returned my call within 15 minutes to answer my questions and helped to calm me down, she was amazing and extremely professional. She also worked me into the office the NEXT morning to check out my tooth, and that same day, got me a referral to an endodontist to make sure that there wasn't any additional damage that she couldn't see. It's 10:00 in the morning why aren't you answering your phone, I called five times and all five times you hung up on me. that's not a good way to do business
Cynthia and her staff are friendly and very caring. Very fun-loving atmosphere, especially when you’ve had bad experiences, this is where you need to go! Cynthia is great at calming the nerves and making better experiences for you. 5 star everytime!
Downtown Family Dentistry is absolutely phenomenal! I’ve never been a big fan of the dentist but Dr. Yeiser and her team are so professional and made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Dr. Yeiser will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! Highly recommended her!
