I I needed a last-minute appointment for an eye infection I woke up with and, since I was already in the area, I started calling around to different offices. They were able to accommodate me very quickly. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, both over the phone and in person. So, I went to Downtown Eye Care, and let me tell you, the first visit was a mess—the prescription was all wrong, and I had a huge headache dealing with it. But since they’re super close to my place, I gave them a second shot for my contact lenses… and yeah, same story: disorganization, wrong prescription, and zero follow-up from management. If you value your eyes—and your sanity—go somewhere else!

𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲/𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Front desk is so helpful and nice. This office does not sell glasses or lenses, but will give you a print out of your new eye measurements. 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: NONE! Just 5-8 mins after I filled out paperwork. I always travel and book in the city because BK offices have terrible wait times, so this was so refreshing.
