Had my first appointment this past week. I came in at 9:40 for a 9:45 appointment, filled out my paperwork and the doctor came out for me a little after 10. This is a medical practice so I was very happy with that wait time (compared to my NYU Langone appointments where I wait an hour plus every time). The doctor I saw was so kind and professional and helped me understand my prescription and what else I can change at home to help my vision. I was done and on my way by 10:45. Great first impression
Had an amazing experience with Jenni at the optical! From the moment I walked in, she was super helpful, kind, and really knew her stuff. She made the whole process easy and even enjoyable. Jenni went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and understood everything. If you ever need help, ask for Jenni—she’s the best!
I have post-lasix ghosting double vision in one eye which causes painful migraines and is just plain so annoying but Dr. Dessner took the time to really think about my problem, and realized my cheaply made lenses at another center were creating more problems (the center of those lenses were good, but became really blurry moving away from the center). He made me some high quality lenses (progressives) which has made a big difference. Thanks Dr. Dessner!
