I can't thank Dr. Bourgeois and Suzanne, the Office Manager, enough for how they treated me. Their professionalism, empathy, flexibility, kindness, and willingness to accommodate my unique needs was extraordinary. I was referred here by a friend who makes a 3.5 hour round trip to see Dr. Bourgeois. She referred to him as a "Godsend" and she was right. It is really quite rare to have such a positive experience with EVERYONE in a medical practice. I highly recommend this practice and would never go elsewhere.

Front desk receptionist is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Go to a better eye doctor. There are many others in Houston.

They ALL make one feel so welcome and important - and it is genuine. I have been with them for 10 years now. When I moved a distance away I got poor service and ran back to them. I now drive 90 minutes each way to be a part of this great team - and they are a team - that cares for each and everyone. My problem is wet macular degeneration and they have it under control - or I would be blind today.
