Hands down awesome staff, they make sure you are calm and relax.
I don’t remember all the names of the staff but everyone was so nice. Dr. Tasos Manokas, D.O. is very personable! Thanks so much for the care provided!
This is where my Mom gets her colonoscopies and now I have had my first here, all with Dr. Kim. There is dedicated parking, the waiting room is clean, the staff is friendly, and the doctor is great. Also the instructions on your procedure and prep are very clear. I received at least 2 to 3 texts every week leading up to my procedure on when it was, where it was, when to arrive, what to do and not to do, how to prepare for the procedure, and link with specific instructions.
Tracy at the front desk is very rude, arrogant, and snarky and it’s very disappointing for this center to have someone like this in a patient facing customer service role. Terrible attitude and I hope she receives this feedback.
