Everything at the office is top-notch! The office is beautiful and the staff is awesome!!! Dr. Kan and her staff provide a stellar experience. The massaging dental chair is the best.🥰 They ensured I was completely comfortable and explained everything so well. I wish they did more than just root canals because I would go to them for general dentistry as well.
Dr. Kan has been the most amazing dental experience I’ve had. I have extremely bad dental anxiety and from the moment I went in to get my tooth examined and a root canal done for a major infection in my tooth I felt very calm and genuinely cared for. Dr. Kan took her time to make sure that she was able to completely remove the infection from my tooth all while keeping my anxiety at a minimum by showing care and patience. Best doctor you could hope for. I had nothing but great experience while going to see Dr. Kan. She did a great job! Her staff is very professional, warm and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
I recently got two root canals done at Downtown Endodontics and scheduled myself for two more root canals by Dr. Elena Kan. A day prior from my appointment for the two root canals I received a phone call from the front desk and asked if I could reschedule my appointment and come in an hour early. Unfortunately the change of time did not fit my work schedule so I addressed that wouldn’t work for me. Hopefully you won’t need a root canal, but if you do, they are the best option. Awesome people and they truly care. Doctor Kan is awesome and per my dentist, did a great job.
