Huge thanks to Dr. Kan and her amazing team! From the moment I walked in, the front staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I tend to get nervous, but their kindness, patience, and thorough answers to all my questions put me completely at ease. Truly a wonderful experience.

I called for an appointment at 4pm on Wednesday and I was in the office for my consultation and root canal at 9am on Thursday. I was in so much pain was relieved that I got in so quickly. Every single person I spoke with was wonderful. Dr. Kan and her dental assistant were not only very skilled, but also kind and gentle. Dr. Kan and all of the staff at Downtown Endodontics are top notch. I had a really bad infection due to a cracked tooth and I was quickly seen and the root canal, which was my first, was not bad at all due to how caring Dr. Kan and the staff are. They treated me with compassion and kindness and after the procedure and the days to follow she followed up with me often to make sure I was doing better. Dr Kan was able to get me in same day for a root canal on an infected tooth. Her assistants, Mana and another lady, were SO incredibly kind and patient. When my tooth hurt too bad to x-ray, they were more than receptive and empathetic in helping me get it done pain free. Dr Kan was also very patient with me when it came to the numbing process, as i was visibly in pain and overwhelmed.
