Mom came from out of State to live here, during the pandemic in 2020. As she had been an Aveda customer for years, she believes in their quality products and services. Kelly was very receptive to the notes Mom's long-time stylist provided. Mom will be 95 this year, and she doesn't get out much. In addition to their hair wizardry, they are patient and respectful of her mobility issues. She always leaves pampered and beautiful! We (and all the other customers) are treated with professionalism, respect and kindness, always!

I wanted to give this salon a go because I’ve sent my fiancé there for haircuts in the past and he’s had a good experience. However, I called 4 times and never reached anyone. The first call was outside of business hours and I left a detailed message. I received a very bland voicemail in response, asking me to call back to be scheduled. I had a lovely time at Downtown Designs with Casey today! She is lovely! We have such wonderful conversations while she does my roots and trims my hair. She does a fabulous job every time. I can tell she cares about her clients and this quality is why I come back and back again and again.
