I’ve been a patient of Dr. Alvarez for many years, and he is not only a great dermatologist, but a very kind, friendly & trustworthy professional. The staff is very welcoming and the office is very nice and modern. I’ve had laser facial treatments as well as prp hair growth treatments and have seen a 100% improvement in both areas. If you are looking for a new Dermatologist or just want to try a new place, I highly recommend Downtown Dermatology.
Dr. Alvarez made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. He truly cares about you as a patient and gives you 100% of his attention. The staff also is very welcoming and creates an amazing energy. I would highly recommend Downtown Dermatology!
We have .been going to Dr. Alvarez for many years and had a problematic billing experience where they failed to bill the insurer correctly and didn't rectify for months and now have charged us for the full amount. They were frankly rude about the whole experience. So we are leaving the practice.
