I had an absolute terrible experience with NP Jana. She is not very knowledgeable when it comes to African American skin. Absolute nightmare! So much I could say, regarding all of her wrongs.I just don't want this to be a negative toward the entire practice as I only dealt with JANA!

Dr Hicks-Graham and staff are top-notch! They genuinely care about their patients and consistently go above and beyond! Dr Hicks-Graham listens and presents patients with many different treatment options. Kourtney is an outstanding esthetician, and gave me the best facial I’ve ever had!
Please give yourself two months to be seen if at all. The process to schedule was always confusing and years later remains the same. Will state was seen years ago but the evasive treatment plan for a teen had too many long term unknowns. Being dormant in the system I knew would have to atart all over. We called and told two openings this week. Great news. Then, submitted new medical and told no PA available for weeks. Just trying to address skin reaction problems not any fancy or cosmetic. We stay suffering.
I love this practice, and have been coming here for years. As a pale-skinned girl of Irish/Northern Italian descent with plenty of moles, I feel the standard of care is top tier. I’ve always felt valued as a patient, and I’ve never met a doctor or employee here with a bad personality, nor have I felt rushed or dismissed on my (many) health concerns.
