Downtown Dermatology located in the City of Columbus is a top notch place for all your skin care needs. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Hicks-Graham for a long time. Dr. Graham is a very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring physician. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and address each one of them with care. They have been super helpful with some new skin issues that have shown up for me; HOWEVER they are IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with. Unfortunately I think I am leaving them. Great derms who listen, but making appointments take multiple days/ phone calls.
They used to be responsive but failing miserably through the Klara app. I don’t know what is going on but response time is dismal and I’m considering looking for new dermatologist.
Dr. Jana is the best ever! So caring and compassionate. She absolutely loves her job and her patients! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!!!
