Visited this office in a pinch when I had a dental abcess, can't remember the assistant or doctor name but they were great. Today I called to get that x-ray and the girl on the phone told me that not only would they not accept a request form from my current office (I HAVE to sign theirs, which is really just an inconvenience for patients) but when we went to end the conversation she basically hung up in my face. I have recently started going to Downtown Dental, of West Haven for a number of things. One of the biggest jobs being a root canal. My former dentist office did not treat me as well as they do here. Patient care is a 10/10. The assistants, front desk, and dentist are very friendly and compassionate.
