Seems they do not care about their clients after they paid money for services. Requested 2 times information about last visit to find out what has been done but both times they have ignored my emails. In addition, for the money you're paying I was expecting better service as they do not let the client to spit. That thing to suck extra saliva did not work well or was not set up properly. Went in with a severe toothache. He found the problem, and started working on it. Halfway through the pain medication wore off and I was in severe pain with a nerve showing. Instead of taking the time to re-numb me, he continued. I’ve never experienced pain like this at a dentist before, and burst into tears after. I visited this clinic for the first time in May last year for a routine check-up and teeth cleaning with Dr Jake Yu. Unfortunately, it was the most painful cleaning experience I've ever had, leaving my mouth bleeding heavily and even spitting out blood clots.
