Our family has been with Dr Jake Yu over the years. He actually does a very good job cleaning and filling teeth. We are pretty happy with his service. We come to see him every 6 months for dental.
I had my tooth filling done yesterday with Dr. Yu, and the kids had their cleanings. He took his time and did it professionally & carefully, and he was very gentle with the kids as well.
Seems they do not care about their clients after they paid money for services. Requested 2 times information about last visit to find out what has been done but both times they have ignored my emails. In addition, for the money you're paying I was expecting better service as they do not let the client to spit. That thing to suck extra saliva did not work well or was not set up properly. I showed up today at 2, and no one was there. Sign says closed. Online hours say it’s open. Bizarre.
