The organization has really worked hard to improve the quality of life in the downtown area. I moved here 9 months ago and between events at KW Park, Deep Ellum and Arts District I always have a choice of entertainment. Katy Trail and Santa Fe trail close by for biking and walking. Plus easy transportation (I haven’t needed to get a car yet!). Lots of dining and bar choices within walking distance.

Its the best place with most kind people
I love this city but I think the safety patrol is a joke - they ride right by people pissing on buildings (happened today at mine) and they ride their bikes on sidewalks in CBD which is illegal. Jokes on us who live here I guess.
I loved downtown Dallas, so much to see and do, even if you're on a budget. But can't go downtown without stopping by Fluellen's, those cupcakes are everything
