I have been going to Dr. Mertins for both chiropractic and acupuncture treatment for years. She has extensive hands on experience and continues to upgrade her knowledge. The clinic is a bright professional office, conveniently located close to the financial district and subway. I try to go for regular treatments to keep things aligned, or more frequently if I have an acute need requiring more attention. Very positive, caring and friendly atmosphere!
I've been seeing Doris Mertins there for many years and not only is she great at what she does, she truly cares about all aspects of your health. I resisted any sort of medication my whole life and she took it upon herself to take my BP a few years back. It was through the roof and she was able to convince me to see my doctor about it. Who put me on BP meds and got it sorted. It was at such a level that I'm not sure I'd still be here without her advice.
I have been fortunate to meet Dr. Doris Mertins. She has worked miracles on my hips issues/mechanics, my son’s weight lifting injury and my husband’s shoulder injury. She is much more that a “back” doctor and looks at the body holistically and not in isolation. Thank you Dr Mertins.
I was very fortunate to work with Dr. Doris Mertins on a wrist injury. I had a ganglion cyston my wrist which was interfering with specific activities.
