Jamie helped me rent my condo in downtown San Diego. Jamie and his son did an excellent job taking professional photos and listing the property. I found Jamie pleasant, professional, and responsive.
Downtown Condo Guys now offer a handyman service for downtown residents. We had them do two small jobs that were not terribly difficult, but were small enough that it would be hard to get others to pay attention to them. Both tasks (carpet re-stretch and installation of pendant lighting) were done well, without hassle and quickly. They were also very quick to respond and very customer oriented.
The Downtown Condo Guys did a great job renting our downtown condo. Jamie Pullman is very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend! As an update, Downtown Condo Guys managed our rental property for over two years. Highly professional!
